Collaborate with Claude to edit images

Edit images with Claude Code, Cowork, or any app that supports MCP connectors.

Connect babbleBrush to Claude and get image editing tools in any conversation. Describe what you want — "generate a logo," "make the background transparent," "try three different styles" — and Claude handles the rest using babbleBrush's editing tools.

Why babbleBrush?

Human and agent, same workspace

Claude edits through the MCP connector, you edit through the web app. One shared canvas, real-time updates, same version history, storage and much more.

Native MCP support

babbleBrush speaks MCP natively. Connect once with OAuth and the tools show up automatically — no API keys to manage manually.

Bring your own API keys

Connect your own image provider credentials and pay only for what you use. No markup, no subscriptions, just direct API costs.

Multiple providers and models

Switch between different image editing providers and models. Use the right tool for each job without being locked into one service.

Version history for every edit

Every edit is a version. Go back to any previous state, branch experiments from any point, and never lose work.

Two ways to connect

babbleBrush works with Claude through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). Pick whichever method fits your workflow.

Option 1: MCP Connector

MCP Connectors let you add babbleBrush's tools directly into Claude.ai, the Claude apps, and Cowork. Once connected, Claude can edit images in any conversation — no setup each time.

1. Open Connectors in Claude

Go to your Claude settings and find the Connectors section. Click Add Connector.

2. Enter the babbleBrush MCP URL, save and then connect the MCP

Paste this URL as the connector endpoint:

https://babblebrush.com/mcp

Click connect to authorize the connector:

3. Authorize

Claude will open a babbleBrush authorization page. Sign in (or create an account) and approve the connection. That's it — babbleBrush tools are now available in your conversations.

Option 2: Claude Code

If you use Claude Code (the CLI), you can give Claude the babbleBrush skill and an API key. Claude will use the REST API to edit images right from your terminal.

1. Drop the skill link into Claude Code

Paste this link in your Claude Code session:

https://babblebrush.com/babblebrush/claude/SKILL.md

Then tell Claude:

Install the babbleBrush skill from that link.

2. Generate an API key

Create an API key in your babbleBrush settings and give it to Claude when asked.

Open settings

3. Start editing

That's it. Ask Claude to create a canvas, generate images, or edit existing ones — all from your terminal.

What it looks like

You:

"Create a new canvas and generate a watercolor painting of a coastal town at sunset."

Claude:

Creates the canvas, generates the image, and shows you the result.

You:

"Try three variations — one with warmer colors, one more abstract, and one in oil painting style."

Claude:

Branches from the current version, kicks off all three edits, and presents the results side by side.

You:

"The abstract one is great. Promote that version and add some seagulls."

Every edit is tracked. You can always go back to any version, branch from it, or try a different direction.
